Todo el proceso de control y actuación se centraliza desde nuestras oficinas en Terrassa, nuestra demarcación es Barcelona y su provincia.

Acceso a INFOCOL, y recepción de los partes de trabajo diario. A excepción de las urgencias que son comunicadas directamente a la empresa.

1) Comunicación al dpto. de producción y responsable de zona.

2) Nos ponemos en contacto con el perito de la zona correspondiente para que nos informe de todas las incidencias y trabajos a realizar.

3) Serlim se pone en contacto con el cliente y a la mayor brevedad se realiza el servicio.

4) Un departamento de control de calidad verifica la conformidad del cliente con el trabajo realizado, tanto en la efectividad del servicio como en la rapidez del mismo.
